And here I am... four or fives days from the day I said I would write some more. Let's get to it!

Thanks to the horrible stow-away bed, and my hindsight in just tossing the spring mattress on the floor, I woke up early and decided to take a walk about the resort we were staying at. It was gorgeous! Being in the desert, I hardly saw so much green about. The heat was not as bad as I thought it would be, either. The resort homes were spectacular! There were no pests aside from lots of tiny frogs.

I made my friends, Zalman and Ingrid breakfast that day. Just scrambled eggs, chopped bananas, and store-bought cinnamon roles, but it was certainly a whole lot less expensive then eating at a restaurant (which we did almost everyone day.) Thankfully, they enjoyed having a surprise breakfast.

The first day devoted purely to park goings was to the park 'Animal Kingdom' which is a huge zoo with some other attractions. There were a lot of animal exhibits, though we probably did not see all of them. Most of the photos I got were poor, mostly birds, and nearly all of them the behinds of birds. Though I did get a few decent pictures of some of the animals I'll upload later (since I have no clue how to insert them into this journal... thing.)

We ate at a Tibetan sort of themed restaurant that day, I recall. I have a delicious beef, broccoli, carrot, and white rice dinner. It was a taste sensation, though many of my friends will say it was the carrots.

My feet were killing me once we got back to the resort house. I think I'll eventually have to get new shoes, those running shoes did not help at all. I think it's time to go back to hiking shoes.
